Shanghai Government Scholarship is a local government Scholarship offered by many universities located in Shanghai.East China University is one of them.

Duration:
masters degree; 2-3 years
Doctoral degree; 4 years

Scholarship Value:
Free educational expenses, accommodation,medical allowance

Monthly Stipend:
masters program:3000 RMB 
Doctoral program:3500 RMB

Application period: September 2019 to may 15th, 2021

Eligibility: 

• Non-Chinese having valid passport
• bachelors qualification for masters degree and masters qualification for Doctoral Program
• New-HSK 5 with a passing score of 210 or above (For Chinese taught programs)

         TOEFL/IELTS or other internationally acknowledgable English certificate is required for English taught programs. if you have received your degree from an English program from English speaking country, please provide official proof  issued by the school.
If English is your first Language you do not need to show any certificate.

• Two recommendation letters from two professors or associate professors
• Foreign  physical examination form (valid for 6 months, official sign and stamp of hospital and picture should be sealed as well )
